Minister the Public Sector Industries face the dismantling and some of the
biggest and best Public Sector Industries gone to the oblivion like Hmt,Konark
TV and other State run Industries and sold to private Capitalists.
From 1991 we
have seen our many well run Public sector Industries which caters for the
employment in Government Institutions Closed due to Lay off or Closer and
during this tenure of man Mohan Singh many scams came to light and it cross the
limit of Scams 2G,Common Wealth Game,Coalgate Scam etc. which shocked the
country and the Common man.There are other Scams hide below the Carpet like the
'Thorium' and when this Scam will come to light it will cross every Scams added
together.
It was the public perception that Mon Mohan Singh is a great
economist and clean person; but in contrast his Government is the most Corrupt
Govt. after Independence. The 'Mr Clean' image of MMS is a fake one as behind
his back all the major scams took place, so MMS can't plead innocence and clean
in the backdrop of the looting.
Most amusingly every time MMS keep his mouth sealed in
any major issues of the Country and which leads to speculation that he is
remote Controlled by Madame Sonia.
In the recent Conclave of Congress Party on 17 Jan 2014, MMS
told that though the rise of price has increased, in the context of the
increase of the purchasing capacity of the people which is a diabolic and
shouldn't be expected by the people from one of the " Best Economist"
of this Country
Montek Singh Ahluwalia :The Planning Commissioner Montek Singh Ahluwalia got Rhodes Scholarship at the University of Oxford and he has done his M Phil and was the president of Oxford Union..
After Oxford he joined the World Bank in 1968 and was the Division Chief in the 'World Bank' bureaucracy
In the year 1979 he joined as the Economic Adviser in the Ministry of finance
1998 he was appointed Planning Commissioner an joined IMF in 2001.
After Man Mohan Singh became the PM, Montek resigned fro the IMF and joined as the Chairman Planning Commissioner and is functioning till date.

Now the present Reserve Bank of India Governor : Raghuram Ranjan after taking his BE degree fron IIT Delhi joined IIM Ahedabad and obtain a Diploma in the Business Administration in the year 1987 and he got a Diploma.He got his Phd.in management from MIT (US) and joined Booth School of Business, University of Chicago after that he was appointed as the Chief Economist IMF (2003-2006)
Man Mohan Singh appointed him as an honorary Economic adviser in the year 2008 and than appointed as the Chief Economic Adverser replacing Kausik Basu in the year 2012.
In August 2013 he was appointed the Governor Reserve Bank Of India and Succeeded D Subbrao in 4th September 2013 till date
His predecessor D Subbarao,is a MSc IIT, Kharagpur product and the IAS topper of 1972. he received a Master degree in Economics from Ohio State University (US). He joined Humphrey Fellow ship at Massachusetts of Technology and became a Fellow in Humphrey.Joined and worked between 1988-93 in the Ministry of Finance.
He was deputed to work in World Bank from 1994-2004. After his 'world Bank' tenure he was appointed as the Governor of Reserve Bank Of India in 2008 Sept. and his term was extended for 2 years in 2011.His son Mallik work in the World Bank and raghav work in London.
